Home made soup of the day (flavours vary) with our home made bread. 

Ham hock terrine with tomato chutney and sage bread.

Salmon mousse and vanilla infused prawns on mixed leaves and vanilla oil dressing served with our homemade bread .

Bruschetta with various flavour toppings
(wild mushroom selection and perl wen cheese/marinated red pepper and perl las cheese) 

Home made terrine of chicken livers with our own fresh bread and a caramelised red onion chutney.

Warm salad of chilli sausage and blackpudding with smoked paprika oil.

Stir fried beef strips in ginger and honey on a bed of noodles.

Pan fried baby red mullet on smoked paprika noodles.
