Mixed squash and tarragon soup with drizzle of curry oil and cracked black pepper bread.

Beetroot,walnut and halloumi cheese salad with balsamic glaze.

Chicken, pheasant and wild mushroom terrine served on a bed of seasonal leaves

with thyme flavoured bread and a quince chutney.

Smoked cod crab meat cake on a bed of seasonal leaves with mixed grain bread and a citrus salsa.




Lemon sorbet with mint syrup.

Main Course

 

 

Strip loin of beef served with Yorkshire pudding,


Welsh turkey breast with cranberry stuffing, and a duo of Parma ham wrapped

duck and pork sausage meat,


both served with roast and boiled potatoes, honey roasted piccolo parsnips,

and a selection of seasonal vegetables.


Black bream on a bed of stir fried oriental vegetables served with five-spice roast potatoes

and a light saffron sauce.

Cranberry, red onion and perl las cheese tart, thyme mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables

and a cajun spiced sauce.



Desserts

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.

Chocolate fudge cake served with a quenelle of white chocolate.

Malibu and coconut cheesecake with caramelised pineapple topping.
