Chicken and Parma ham terrine, plum chutney and homemade bread

Red onion and perl las cheese tartlet with balsamic glaze

Main Courses

Medallions of beef fillet with game chips, beef tomato and Forestiere sauce.

Pan fried baramundi with lemon mashed potato, seasonal vegetables and a white wine, cream, scallop and prawn sauce.

Garlic and rosemary marinated chicken breast, smoked paprika roasted potatoes, a medley of roasted root vegetables,  and a white wine jus.


Desserts for two to share – Orange cheesecake, mini lemon merengue and a chocolate brownie.
